Partnership Formation and Development in Manufacturing
ED OCTAE supported partnership formation and development in manufacturing. Safal analyzed multi-sector partnership practices used by community colleges and identified technical assistance needs through stakeholder interviews. The project involved developing and implementing a Peer Technical Assistance Plan with innovative dissemination strategies. Safal conducted virtual conversations, established online discussion groups, and convened federal partners to enhance collaboration in the manufacturing sector.
