Leading largest DOL agency’s online hub for scaling workforce, educational system, and industry leaders’ knowledge to improve program efficiencies and outcomes.
Result – Built a customized virtual event planner tool to accelerate, streamline, and simplify customer requests across 26 DOL agencies.
Result – Provided end-to-end development and facilitation of more than 400 virtual events for over 600,000 people in less than 36 months and more than 550 hours of live training.
Result – Introduced Jira ticketing system for support desk help, resolving an average of 1,500 requests annually, averaging 4.5/5 customer satisfaction rating and introducing online event-related queries via Events Jira to streamline communications.
Registered Apprenticeship Technical Assistance Center of Excellence (U.S. Department of Labor)
Led the first national Center to accelerate the alignment of state and local workforce, education, and apprenticeship systems to increase opportunities for more Americans and improve multi-agency efficiencies.
Result – Developed first-ever national Power BI dashboard on workforce system (WIOA) and apprenticeship system performance helping federal and state leaders make faster, more aligned, data-driven investment decisions.
