Digital Resilience in the American Workforce
ED OCTAE aims to enhance digital fluency and skills among adult learners for postsecondary education, employment, and civic engagement. In collaboration with World Education and Jobs for the Future, Safal conducted a nationwide landscape scan to identify trends, best practices, and gaps in digital skills and resources. The initiative includes the development of a digital skills library and a professional development hub, providing resources such as self-paced modules and key instructional materials. These assets are located on the Literacy Information and Communication System – LINCS to help adult learners and educators integrate digital competencies into instruction, building necessary skills and resiliency for the digital age.
