Safal’s story is a testament to entrepreneurship, teamwork, and a commitment to creating positive outcomes for America’s public sector.

Mukta Pandit founded Safal Partners in 2010, from the dining room of her home in Houston, Texas. Her experiences at McKinsey & Company and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation served as the inspiration for launching Safal. Safal’s model was to apply the private sector analytical and customer service mindset to public sector missions - not just through ideation or strategy, but through efficient implementation. Since then, we have steadfastly supported local and state educational outcomes while expanding to serve federal government, private industry, and some of the most well-respected philanthropic organizations.  

From securing the company's first major federal contract supporting charter schools nationwide to expanding its reach across multiple federal and state agencies, Safal Partners has experienced remarkable growth. Today the company employs approximately 100 full-time team members and collaborates with multiple strategic partners to drive innovation and impact. Our work creates good outcomes for students, veterans and their families, job seekers, and employers nationwide.

About OASIS+ SB
Safal Partners holds a One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Total Small Business (SB) contract in the Management and Advisory domain. The multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, which is available for use by all federal agencies, provides flexible and innovative contracting solutions for complex federal professional services. Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and U.S. Department of Education (ED), have engaged Safal under our previous contract, Oasis 8(a), to leverage our extensive federal contracting experience and expertise. With the OASIS+ contract, we are excited to continue delivering exceptional management and advisory services that drive success for our clients. About U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration (DOL ETA) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)
Safal Partners holds two DOL ETA BPAs:
  • Education, Outreach, and Analysis: Safal is one of five seat holders on the $60M DOL ETA Education, Outreach, and Analysis multi-award BPA.
  • WorkforceGPS: Safal is the single award holder of the $30M DOL ETA Workforce GPS BPA. Through the BPA Safal provides DOL with technical assistance (TA) for the WorkforceGPS website, ETA’s primary online TA delivery mechanism for America’s public workforce system

About U.S. Department of Education's Education Grants Management Support Services (EDGMSS)
Safal Partners is a small business seat holder on EDGMSS.
