About Oasis 8(a) Pool 1
Safal Partners holds an Oasis 8(a) Pool 1 contract, a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle that provides flexible and innovative contracting solutions for complex federal professional services. Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and U.S. Department of Education (ED), have engaged Safal under Oasis 8(a) to leverage our extensive federal contracting experience and expertise.

Oasis 8(a) Contract Spotlight: DOL Office of Apprenticeship (OA) Intermediary Technical Assistance Support (ITAS)  The DOL Office of Apprenticeship utilized the Oasis 8(a) Pool 1 to contract Safal to provide TA and manage communications to and between OA Intermediary partners nationwide. This contract is focused on launching efforts that enable employers to start sustainable Registered Apprenticeship programs and increase diversity to expand Registered Apprenticeship opportunities across industries for all workers.

About U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration (DOL ETA) Workforce GPS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Safal is the single award holder of the DOL ETA Workforce GPS BPA. Through the BPA Safal provides DOL with technical assistance (TA) for the WorkforceGPS website, which is ETA’s primary online TA delivery mechanism for America’s public workforce system.

About U.S. Department of Education's Education Grants Management Support Services (EDGMSS)
Safal is a small business seat holder on EDGMSS.
