DoDEA initiated a comprehensive technical assistance (TA) program for more than 200 active grants held by school districts nationwide. Safal served as the TA partner for the DoDEA Evaluation Technical Assistance Center. The project involved developing and implementing a TA plan, creating a virtual community of practice, and providing support throughout the grant lifecycle. Safal conducted virtual and on-site TA, organized annual convenings, and developed a website serving as the central hub for grant-related communication.
