National Veterans’ Technical Assistance Center
Safal operates the DOL VETS National Veterans Technical Assistance Center (NVTAC), which provides direct technical assistance (TA) to increase grant recipients’ ability to successfully establish and manage Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP) grants. HVRP grantees provide direct services to assist veterans experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness, critical linkages for supportive services in their local communities, and reintegrating eligible veterans experiencing homelessness into meaningful employment within the labor force. Safal creates innovative practices and strategies, and provides individual and cohort-based TA to facilitate HVRP grantees’ understanding and implementation of evidence-based practices for successful grant outcomes.
