Through the DOL ETA blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for Technical Assistance (TA) and Education/Outreach Services, Safal provided new and improved TA approaches, training, materials, and communications to support the public workforce development system. These new TA approaches included measures to assess the degree of behavior change by workforce development system specialists and the resulting outcomes. Safal won numerous task orders on the BPA to provide TA, training, and for workforce investment activities, including Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act implementation, career and training services for adults, dislocated workers and youth, career pathway development including Registered Apprenticeship, serving targeted populations including veterans and low-skilled workers, partnership development, and strategic leadership.
