The DOL Enhanced Workforce System Strategies (WSS) and Evaluation Dissemination Activities project provides coaching alongside easily accessible evaluation materials, research-related resources, and capacity-building evaluation tools for the public workforce system through a searchable online database. Safal curates and produces coaching, training, effective strategy, and evaluation tools for WSS and Evaluation and Research Hub (EvalHub) communities of practice on WorkforceGPS. Outcomes support the increased and enhanced use of emerging, evidence-based practices by state and local workforce entities, their system partners, and local service providers to make informed, evidence-based decisions and conduct research and evaluation activities required by the enactment of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
