Community Partnership Technical Assistance
The TEA supported school districts in developing community partnerships to improve student academic results. Safal served as a technical assistance provider for three districts. The project involved conducting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (referred to as SWOT) analyses, building collective action networks, developing strategic implementation plans, creating data dashboards for progress tracking, and designing marketing collateral—these efforts aimed to enhance community partnerships and raise awareness of their impact on student outcomes.
