The TEA provided statewide technical assistance (TA), resources, and coaching for successfully implementing College and Career Readiness School Models. Safal assisted in conducting a coordinated approach for Early College High School (ECHS) and Texas science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (T-STEM) programs. The project focused on five key areas: TA and support, leadership coaching, communications network, formative/summative feedback, and TEA designation assistance—this comprehensive support aimed to enhance the effectiveness of college and career readiness initiatives across Texas schools.
