The TEA's Center for School Actions supported districts across the state with the planning and implementation of strategic, successful, and sustainable school actions. Safal led the Center's development in partnership with the Region 13 Education Service Center. This initiative aimed to provide resources and guidance for districts undertaking various school improvement strategies. The project focused on enhancing educational outcomes through innovative and effective school actions.
