The Houston Endowment's Jones Scholarship Program aimed to enhance economically disadvantaged students' matriculation, persistence, and graduation rates. Safal conducted a strategic review of the program over six months. The project involved baselining current practices, synthesizing outcome data, researching best practices, and devising desired outcomes. Safal facilitated strategy sessions with stakeholders and outlined potential scenarios with corresponding implications to guide the Endowment's future investments.
