The Safal Team created the Case-Based Resource Guide as developmental material for various stakeholders on promising apprenticeship models. The guide consists of four in-depth case studies about unique apprenticeship models that successfully use partnerships with businesses, educational institutions, and other intermediaries to develop, promote, and operate pre-apprenticeship and/or apprenticeship programs. Each case includes technical assistance advice for creating pre-apprenticeship programs that successfully serve women. The guide also includes an executive summary introducing the case studies and highlights themes and key findings from the pre-apprenticeship programs.
