Safal Approach

Safal in partnership with World Education (World ED) and Jobs for the Future (JFF) supports this project holistically through a comprehensive nationwide landscape scan to identify trends, best practice, and gaps in digital skills and resources for targeted adult educators and learners. Working collaboratively with practitioners around the country, Safal is working to build a digital skills library and professional development hub to support adult learners and educators as they integrate digital competencies into instruction to build skillsets and resiliencies. The team will focus on curating the best resources from the field and then building supports to fill in the gaps to ensure all adult learners are served. DRAW’s focus is building digital resiliency for all adult learners and targeted supports for a variety of learners and educators to meet them where they are at in building skills, confidence, and expanding opportunities for the future.
