Safal Approach

Safal produces the Quarterly Workforce Performance Report (QWSR), the Credential Attainment Tool, the Success Stories Report, and the WIOA Performance Indicator Interactive Map under this contract. The QWSR includes quarterly performance data from 24 DOLETA programs and requires soliciting, organizing, and analyzing performance data from each program, developing data visualizations, writing and copyediting performance reports for public stakeholders, and formatting the public-facing program sites to represent each programs’ performance. Safal created a Credential Attainment Tool that enables the user to determine whether a credential is a recognized WIOA post-secondary credential. The Success Stories document is a compilation of stories of participants in the core WIOA programs. These stories describe how the programs helped the participants achieve positive outcomes. The WIOA Performance Indicator Interactive Map is a visualization of the 50 states’ and territories’ performance in the required indicators.
