Description
The overarching goal of this project was to identify opportunities to improve college and career outcomes for youth transitioning out of foster care. As part of this contract, Safal researched and drafted a comprehensive literature review focused on career and postsecondary outcomes for youth transitioning out of foster care. Safal developed potential messaging strategies for outreach to youth transitioning out of foster care to make sure they know of relevant career and technical education opportunities that can help set them up for success.
