Client Goals

ETA was looking for new and improved technical assistance approaches and materials to support the public workforce development system. These new technical assistance approaches include measures to assess the degree of behavior change by workforce development system specialists and the resulting outcomes.

Safal Approach

Safal entered this multi-award BPA along with our partner Maher & Maher. Since late 2018, we have been awarded with three task orders to support ETA’s efforts to provide new and improved technical assistance approaches and materials to improve the public workforce development system. Potential task orders may include: 1) Project Management — developing and managing a workplan; 2) Outputs and outcomes– determining intended TA outputs and outcomes and devising a means to measure them; 3) Needs assessment–conducting effective assessment to support planning for TA efforts throughout DOL; 5) Training and technologies – developing training and TA tools in areas the workforce system is facing challenges, conducting webinars, in-person meetings and events, conference calls; 6) Meetings and events – in-person and virtual event/meeting facilitation, content development, and support; 7) Analysis – providing data analysis and TA to users for performance data reporting.
