Description
The Case-Based Resource Guide was created by the Safal Team to serve as a developmental material for a variety of stakeholders on promising apprenticeship models. The Guide consisted of four in-depth case studies about unique apprenticeship models that successfully use partnerships with businesses, educational institutions and other intermediaries to develop, promote and operate pre-apprenticeship and/or apprenticeship programs. Each case included technical assistance advice for creating pre/apprenticeship programs that successfully serve women. The Guide also included an executive summary that introduces the case studies and highlights themes and key findings from the pre/apprenticeship programs.
