Ms. Laura C. Nack, Chief Solutions Officer, has 25 years of experience creating organizational infrastructures to support rapid growth through staff development, designing standard operating procedures, establishing multi-year strategic plans, developing business brand and marketing strategies, writing corporate mission statements and core values, and serving as a trusted executive at the highest level of organizational leadership.

The focus of her work has been building vertical business capabilities in the civilian services areas of education and workforce development, specifically for federal programming at the Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services. Ms. Nack’s leadership of national education and workforce reform has supported the improvement of outcomes for all lifelong learners and secured her a place on the national education and workforce development agenda as a notable expert.

Prior to joining Safal she was a Senior Fellow at NORC at the University of Chicago, a nationally renowned research institution.  Earlier in her career she was a Senior Director at Manhattan Strategy Group and a Division Director at Kratos Learning Solutions.

She currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina and Boulder, Colorado with her two daughters.
